Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RasidBase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. RasidBase is operated by Guru Brothers Ltd, Juba, South Sudan.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account. Each registered company is a separate tenant with isolated data.

3. Permitted Use

RasidBase is designed for licensed airtime distributors operating MTN, Zain, Digitel, and similar networks in South Sudan. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business operations and in accordance with applicable South Sudanese regulations.

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed on the cycle you select. The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card. After the trial, a paid plan is required to continue accessing the platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Data and Security

You retain ownership of all data you input into RasidBase. You grant us a license to store and process that data to provide the service. We apply strict tenant isolation — your data is never accessible to other tenants.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

RasidBase and Guru Brothers Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the platform settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Sudan.
